last month i had booked a cylinder with m/s bharthana indane gas service bharthana etawah (u.p.).my consumer no.3782.tilldate, cylinder is not delivered.when i went to the agency to ensure it.thestaffhas use the filthy language against me.i requst you to please take neccesary action against the gas agency managment.
