Non Delivery of Registered Parcels

Sir,

We have sent four different Registered parcels to India (two to Chennai and two to Bangalore) from JAPAN. The Status shows that they have been sent from JAPAN but they were not to be traced in India.

Even when enquired the JAPAN POST, they asked to contact INDIA POST as it is sent from JAPAN.

Neither the Indian Postal service at Chennai or Bangalore received the Parcels. They are not sure of it. They simply state that it must be in Transmit. But the status shows that the parcels were sent to INDIA two weeks back from JAPAN. The Parcel numbers are CD022513109JP, CD0225112JP, CD022513126JP and CD022513130JP. We are not sure whom to contact and get this clarified. We have already raised a complaint in INDIA POST Web Customer Complaint Information but we didnt get back anything from them.

Neither the Incharges at the INDIA Post are able to help us.
