DELAY IN DISBURSING GRATUITY, TRAVEL ALLOWANCES & LEAVE ENCASHMENTS

Sir/Madam,

I happened to got discharged from Indian Air Force last 31'st Dec from 4 wing Air Force Station AGRA. initially i was verbally told i would be getting my gratuity, travel allowances & leave encashments, but in vain i have not received anything of that sort till now. its past almost six months from the date i've been sent out of my job, i was told by my medical authorities that i'd be getting pension for my medical problem, as i was diagnosed with Schizophrenia A4G3 (P) & UNILATREAL SNHL A4G3 (P) as 40% recommended. now they are quoting old rule of 1961, where we rae not even taught in our training period.

i was enrolled on 19 Dec 1995, my Service no was 772943-S LAC ken wilfred peter.

since 23 Sep 2000 i've been on medications & now i'm in dire need of financial help whereas my parents are senior citizens, & they're depend on my earnings.

My Force has not given me any kind of canteen facility or medical facility.
