Request the commutation period

Dear Sir,

I got discharged from Indian Air Force in November. My name is Ramesh Ekambaram and my service number is 707061-K. My PPO number is 08/14/B/08286. My sanctioned pension per month is Rs.1575 and the Amount Commuted is Rs.708 (45% of pension) w.e.f 10-Jan.

Please let me know the commutation period and the date the commutation deduction will end. Also please provide a proof document so that the same can be submitted at my SBI bank.
