Parcel lying in the customs from 15days

I am Suneetha from Hyderabad. I ordered some food supplements ie., Organic Sulfur Crystals from Canada which weighs 10Pounds and I paid for Fast Shipping ie., it reached Customs on 13th of September and it has not come out from there and lying from past 15 days. I don't know whom to contact and how to contact and can anyone please guide me. I am giving the details:
