Late Delivery of Speed Post Lette

I Satish Patel, Received my Interview Call Letter of Footwear Design & Development Institute, NOIDA, Dated. 30.08. which is sended by FDDI, NOIDA on dated 22.08.2010 from the SPEED POST SERVICE of Indian Mail Services. Which is 4 days late by the interview dated 26.08.2010.By this mistake of Indiam Mail Services (SPEED POST SERVICES), i missed my interview and this cause create lot's of mental pressure for me.

Please give me the right advise that how can i get the compensation from Indian Mail Services.
