DELAY IN DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

My IOC Gas consumer No is 6745. This is registered with M/s Sri Revathy Indane Gas Agency, Medavakkam, Chennai - 600 073

I have registered for a refiled cylinder in November and the billing was done by them on 13th Dec. I was promised delivery on 31st Dec. Since it was not delivered again personaly visited on Monday 3rd Jan because 1st Jan and 2nd Jan was a holiday and was assured delivery on the same day. Since it was not delivered again visited personally today 4th and again same assurance was given.

Till the time of writing this complaint it is not yet delivered.

Request your immediate action in this regard and also request that it doesn't happen in future.
