Not providing Home delivery of LPG cylinde

M/S Pragati Enterprises, Old cotton market Akola having Indian Oil LPG cylinder Distributorship. However, he is not supplying the home delivery of cylinder after booking online. The distributor is not lifting phone calls also. It has been learnt that after every two months the cylinder is given to somebody on my name. Making complaint at toll free number has no use or control over the distributor.
