Cylinder gas leak and adapter not properly locking

Dear sir

I am the consumer having customer NO.20744 under Bharathi Gas Service (Indane Distributors) ID Code 1015,

my gas cylinder adopter not properly fitting in the cylinder, hence leak,

i try to contact complaint Phone nos which is listed in the bill 25352935, 25354798 and 25356142 and 994100200 9941930303 all the number were not available for making complaint.

I request you kindly make immediate arrangement to rectify the problems in my house at No.32, Perumal Koil Garden Street, 2nd Lane, Chennai - 600 079.
