Delay in gas delivery

Sir,

I am a bonafide customer of Indian oil corporation gas bearing consumer no.51979 through the authorised distributor pattammal gas agency, mudichur road, west tambaram. I had booked for a cylinder on 08/02. However the same has not been delivered till today instead of repeated reminder to distributor .my waiting no is 5210.It seems that for those who booked on 12/2, they have got the delivery.there is also no proper response from the customer sevice and other authorities of Indian oil gas. Am sufferring without cylinder. My daily activities like cooking are disturbed to a great extent. Further, I have also make a complain to state incharge through e-mail on today.

Therfore, you may please help me in this mater.
