Four Years of harassment and still waiting for Passport (File No-A002100)

Sir,

I wish to bring under your kind consideration the status of my Passport which was applied on 17th Jan and which is still not Primed and delivered to me. All the formalities with police verification were completed and as per your website my passport is ready. Numerous attempt of obtaining the same has gone in vain. I have earlier compliant via e-mail & even meet RPO at passport office in Bhikaji Cama Place, delhi Numerous times, every time they told me to visit after 2-3 months. However no one has a status of my passport and nor are they providing any satisfactory response. Customer service provided at our esteem office is worst and they do not teat customer complaints adequately.

On my last visit to RPO, her response & behavior was very uncouth. If Govt Passport Authorities are unable to provide me the passport then kindly refund my money with interest in lieu of harassment given to me all these YEARS. Kindly let me know when will I get my delayed Passport or should I apply for new one.
