Indian Passport
If Passport is rejected

I have applied for the passport in dec and my staying from 2007 in chennai for my educational purpose but i applied in vijayawada PO.In that application i didnt mentioned anything abt Chennai studies... and at the time of police verification i was in chennai for attending the interview... they came to know that i studied in chennai... then rejected my passport by police verification... In this situation whether will i get money (Application fees DD 1000 Rs) back or not... and when can i apply for again with proper details i mean after how many months...?
