Delay in passport

Subject: Complaint regarding delay in delivery of passport

Dear Sir,

This is with continuation to my several Calls/mails to which I haven't received any satisfactory response or action.

I had submitted Application for passport on 15th June File Ref no LOKA12235309 while checking the status I found that it was reflecting wrong Date of Birth.

I submitted proofs and affidavit for it on 22nd October still I received passport with wrong Date Of Birth on 22nd December.

I have resubmitted my passport on 1st Feb File Ref No LKOH00290210 still it is reflecting wrong DOB and status is "Police Report has not been received " which is quite strange.

I have been following up this like anything since last 6 months.

Kindly process this ASAP as due to this I am facing many difficulties. or guide me through the process so that I can follow it up.
