Same status for 2 months

Dear Sir,

This is Sneha Buge applied for the PassPort in Mumbai Office with the file Reference No:. BOMZ640573

I have been waiting for the Police verification for the past tow Months i.e, from 30.06.2011 to 10.09.2011.I have checked the status in the internet "Police Verification Report not yet received".

I checked with the local police station in Beed and they informed that the verification report has already sent.

Sir, Please help me out to know the exact status of my application.
