Minor Passport under Tatkal not yet issued since 25 Days

Dear Sir

I applied for my baby (4 months) Passport on 23 April under TATKAL Scheme, the File Ref No.: is MAS F007858 / 10, till now the online status showing that the passport will be disptached within seven days, its showing since 15 days.

We went to the Passport office, and the office informed that even in Tatkal, it will take 45 Days,

Is it in Tatkal the passport will take 45 Days even for the kids?

Please let me know when we will get our baby's passport.
