INDIAN POSTAL
Rude and unprofessional

The guy who sits in the counter (he thinks the postal services is run by his family), i guess he is the post master for thangressi branch. I droped into the branch to send a parecl to UK, this guy first says why do u have to send it through here, cant u go to the main office, thn on a courtesy sake he take the parecel and does a look and ask me to wait. I waited for 20 min (he was busy doing his talks on the phone, i guess its all perssonal) thn i asked him, how long shld i wait, he fires up and says, there is no one here to attend to this. Looks like he doesnt want to do his job. I have recorded the whole thing in my mobile. I need to knw if this is the way the postal services runs in india. Doesnt these workers have working norms, who tracks them.

I would appreciate if you could take some kind of action to bring these kind of guys to task.
