DELAY IN SPEED POST DELIVERY

Sir,

I had posted a parcel on 18.01.2010 from Puducherry to Changanacherry through speed post. But the parcel was delivered at Changanacherry only after 5 days, ie, on 22.01.2010. Why was there a delay of this magnitude, as a normal post also takes the same time? The track number for the parcel is ET288594854IN. Kindly look into this matter. Please ensure quality and timely service to the consumers.
