Non delivery/rare delivery of lette

I am residing in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. I have complaint about the BAD delivery of letters from Indirapuram post office, Ghaziabad, pin14.I have very bad experience with the handling/delivery of letters by postman of Vaibhav khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad during last 2 years. I have to suffer as 100's of letter/annual report/dividend/bank statement etc. were misplaced/not delivered to me and my family members. I have also visited number of times to this post office and met Sh. Bharti, postmaster of post office as well as SH.Sumer singh postman regarding missing letters, but no improvement was noticed and I found postal service very very poor and unreliable. POST MASTER OF THE POST OFFICE ALSO DID NOT TRIED TO LOOK INTO THE COMPLAINT and WHAT I found to my surprise that sitution became bad to worst after complaint. I am100% sure that the letters are being misplaced intentionally and annual reports are being sold to Raddiwala.

I request your goodself to forward this report to SATARKTA VIBHAG (Vigilance wing) of postal department to find out that what Mr. Sumer Singh is doing with these letters and company report. As postman is very clever, we request you to maintain confidentiality of whole issue.

Number of Dividend warrants were misplaced, but I am unable to communicate with the companies as their reply is not delivered to me. As matter is extremly serious and grave, we request your goodself to help me in this regard and restore the DAK distribution by transfering the postman.
