Complain: Non Delivery of a speed post article, EW772340475IN

I speed posted an article on 3 January from Behala Post Office, Kolkata hich was supposed to reach Anant Kumar Sheetal, state bank of patiala, Bernala. Because of the poor service of Indian Postal Dept, the article has not reached its destination yet.

I called several times to the concerned officers of Speed Post but, it seems they are not interested. 3 days back I emailed the case to SPC but have not received any reply.
