Egistry was not reached

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had sent an envelope via registered post (registry number: 1138) from Allahabad District court Post office for Purba medinipur, west Bengal-721172 on 19/04. It contains one Demand Draft and some very impotent document. Till Date the registry was not reached there and I'm unable to track the status of registered post.

So, kindly help me and submit the status report mail earliest. Please you inform me on my email ID.
