Money order non-delivery

I had sent an emo of Rs. 249/- vide eMO PNR No. 136947110914008164 (Counter No.1) dated 14.09.2011 from Berhampore, Murshidabad Dist. (PIN Code-742101), but the Addresse complaint me for non-receiving the said MO. Having been searched with the help of tracking system, but the message found that "the PNR No. is not correct". I have a valid receipt. Please inform me for the delivery status.
