Theft of Foreign Parcels by Indian Postal Service

Sir/Madam,

I had ordered few guitar strings form a ebay seller on 05/16, as of now (25/16) I still haven't received the parcel. This is the tracking number: LN143349493US

This for the 3rd time in 2 months that didn't get the parcel at all and few of the times I have received OPENED parcel with nothing inside it, I am sure that the people at foreign post office are robbing the parcels. Because of this shameful activity ebay sellers are gradually refusing to ship items to India. HOW SHAMEFUL FOR OUR COUNTRY.
