Sir, I am a Canadian national and have sent a parcel containing Nintendo DS (small gaming device) for my kids visiting there in Hyderabad, India. The tracking number is CC161534925CA. The online tracking system of Canada Post shows that the parcel was cleared by customs on 25 November. Its now 8 days since and the parcel did not reach its destination in Hyderabad (A.P). Kindly look into the matter and reply. Your cooperation will be really appreciated. Thank You
