Not recieving telephone Bills for last 8 months

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that, We have not received Telephone Bill for last eight (8) months for my land line no. Every Time I visit BSNL office for a duplicate bill and paying the due amount with a request to send the bill. Every time they assured of delivering the bill to Indian Postal Service. they conveyed that their may be possibility of mishandling the bill by post man.

We personally met our post man for the same but he denied any receipt of bill. After repeated attempt to BSNL and Post man, I could not get resolution regarding receipt of the bills and being victimized. I am sure it is because of greedy attitute of the post man nothingelse. He is trying to harass us by not delivering our telephone bills.

Many comman men are suffering from this attitude of Post man. I seek your immediate intervention regarding the issue.
