Misbehaviour and denial of service

Hi,

This is complain regarding staff members of post-office with pin code 122015 (Near Maruti. On 06/01/09, I reached around 2 PM to get the letter registered post. But the person sitting at the counter denied to do that. Moreover the attitude and behavior of the staff was also not good. When I requested them, they started shouting.

It is really a bad behavior towards a customer. I even saw some of the people who are in the queue to get money-ordered getting misbehaved.

I guess this is the reason for the post office declined revenues. Please take strict action against the staff for their rude behavior.
