IMO DELAYED PAYMENT

Sir,

An IMO Remittance of Rs. 4000 made from Andheri west HO (Mumbai), dated 27th April to Gopalganj (841428). On 28th my parents reached Gopalgang HO for receive the amount however post office staff didn't entertain payment request saying that the person handling payment/remittance has for gone for 10 days training & payment will be done only when the person resumes office.

During last remittance the same post office staffs have returned recipient threes before they made the payment. My parents are 70 plus & do need to travel 25 KM to reach post office. Pl look into this painful negligence & insincerity of post office.
