Sir,
Our family member sent EMS with having number EP033033426IN booked at Patiala (Punjab) to Tokyo- Japan. All the poly bags was torned and material was mixed with each other. The box was totally broken. It seems that it was badly handled by indian post EMS.
Please look into the matter.
