MISSING SPEED POST LETTER

Dear Sir,

I booked one letter bearing important documents and a cheque for Rs. 2.0 lacs on 27th Dec. 1010 wide consignment no. SP EP 104074911IN. Today, on 18th of January, the letter is still missing and not delivered to the receipent. When we are contacting to the concern depart where we booked the letter or to the PO at Lucknow, no reply is coming. Apart from the metal harresment. The cheque was on the name of Neo constrction for the payment for som purchase of property. We have lost the opportunity of buying the same and also lost lot of money in this. THE SENDER IS DR. ABHAY GUPTA FROM CHANDIGARH AND RECEIPENT WAS MANVENDRA FROM LUCKNOW

We have recently received the following mail from Indian post

"Sir

Bag of 26 articles has been despatched toSPC Lucknow on

27/12/10, vide bag no EP048016353IN and the article entered

atSLNo 9/26.On indiapost web -site movement i.e chandigarh to

Lucknow shown, no furthet status availble on the net. This bag

further entered in the mail List of D-5 IN at Sl No 15 With A/T

15 0=15 and confirmed from D-5 IN further despatched to

TB SPC MA New DElhi RMS at SLNo 6 with A/T 10 0=10. Further

no information given by SPC New Delhi inspite of several

telephones Delhi SPC as well as SPC Lucknow-0522-2239438 and also

complaint noted to Complaint Inspector TelNo 09454764775 Lucknow

for n/a.
