Kolkata Speed Post has send an article containing Pan Card through Speed post No. EW729408149IN dt. 18/01.This article is not yet received by the party. On enquiry, it is found that the postman had given the article to the security guard of the appartment and the guard has missed the article. Why did the postman handed over that important article to a security guard?
