Delay in Speed Post Delivery

I had applied for Pre-Engineering test of Aligarh Muslim University. This Exam was held on 14 th May for this Exam, University sent me Admit Card by Speed post (EU 79757950 5IN) on 30 th April.

But Due to Negligence of India Post Deptt. This Speed post was delivered to me on 16 th May after the Date of Examination. So due to this deIay, I was not able to appear in this exam. I am depressed & want an effective action against Speed Post Department of India Post and I am seeking Compensation for the same.
