Settlement of death claim

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that my parents (Late. Shri. Parasnath Dubey & Late. Shmt. Rumali Devi) has been taken MIS No. 214731 in the joint account they both were expired on dt. 25/01/08 & 09/10/10. I am Brujesh Kumar Dubey is being nominated for the same. After death of my parents, I was submitted original pass book and death certificate with required document on dt. 28/10/10 at Ballarpur Paper Mill, sub post office for settlement of death claim and verification. But, since a long time I am waiting for further any response or conversation from the post office. It enabled to understand that why this is happening while the nomination was done.

So, that I request you to go through the matter and do the needful.
