Non delivery of passport

Myself a engg working with ABNL group, veraval. I applied for passport & informed my area post office to delivered my passport when ever it reaches. But rather than informing me they send back my passport to passport office and shows the status undelivered, now on enquiring, the post office persons telling that my passport has not received by them.

Please help me in this regard
