Not recevied pan card, and receving of call letter after due date

Sir, actually i did apply for pan card in oct after this i have received acknowledge from pan card deptt. and my pan card no through sms on my mobile no-9828755885 .and they dispatch it with airway bill no-em0768785891n.i also chk on internet it shows successfully delivery in farrukhnagar post office..bt i did not receive my pan card till now...

and i got my ssc call letter after due date... so face more difficulty... please take action against post office farruhnagar (gurgaon) haryana
