No delivery of speed post articles

Non delivery of speed post and postal articles on my residential address.misbehave by postman sh. jai bhagwan earlier more complaint have been made against him for asking bribe in regarding of postal articles.complaint also been given to post master of sultan puri post office for this purpose .no action have been taken against him . now also he is not delivering article.
