Speedpost items not received

I would like your concern that speedpost (Article No. - EJ103080155IN, dated 23-August) has been sent from Doranda, Ranchi. It is showing in status that received at head Post Office- Noida on 26th August. But till date (1st sept) it is not received on address c-103, sec-2 Noida. U.P. 01. Despite of several enquiries I didn't get any positive response. Plz do the needful ASAP.
