Food complaint

I was travelling to delhi from nagpur on the 30th of november by the train no.2429/rajdhani exp n my coach no. B4, seat no.0011 n i have a complain against the pantry manager Mr. Lalit Sharma the food quality he served was very poor it was also stale, the water bottel he served was not even sealed n on asking for the complaint register he refused to give it instead was trying to to bribe some other passengers by giving them some more snackc who tried favour me.
