139 call centre reply wrong information

139 by indian railway is very poor-use less service provider.
today i call 139 from 9979888569 on dated 31.10.
i call 139 4-5 times, service is OK till enter train number and std code but after than 139 customer care executive appear then they give me really very wrong information, i ask about 9221 train is running today but they tell me yes, but actually train is not running and i am really mismanaged my travel plan.
i have proof of all call recorded which is communicated with 139 customer care executive.
