Corruption at Reservation Counte

Hi

This is Vikas from Kotma Colliery. We are facing problem at reservation counter almost regularly. The situation at kotma station is people will be inline starting from 6 O'clock in the morning for Tatkal Reservation Ticke, .But the Railway Reservation staff placed at Kotma station will not open the curtain of the window till 8:05 or 8:10. They are getting extra money from some of the agents or from general public to do tatkal reservation for them, first they will finish their tickets after thet they will open the curtain of the reservation window. This is how the people who are on the Q from morning 6 will be struggling for the confirm tickets.

I know this is a low level of corruption but this needs to be stopped as soon as possible.
