Fraud in tatkal reservation

Sir/Madam,

I am a citizen of Jamshedpur. According to tatkal reservation rule tatkal reservation should be open one day before the journey date. But today dated 27/11 the tatkal tickets of 29/11 has been already booked and showing waiting 70 or 80 in almost all the trains running to Mumbai rout.

So kindly look at the matter seriously
