Reservation Charge on General Ticket without Railways Slip

Dear Sir,

I was travelling from Gwalior to Faridabad on the ticket of general category. I was very tired and not feel very well. I was talk to TT on the behalf of general category ticket on Gwalior railways station. He provided the sheet S2 coach seat no L7.he was taken from me 100/- without any slip. After Mathura one police officer in civil dress comes and he said drop the sheet with force and physically touch.
