Not delivered the consignment

Dear Sir

I have booked my consignment thourgh indian post (speed post) my consignment no is spef909087295IN dated. 24/08 from maharajganj siwan, bihar to M/s. south delhi entp, motibagh, new delhi.

But till date my consignment not reached at final destination and after that I hv made many complaint to senior executive of concerned department but no action hasbeen taken yet now my complaint no .10000034480dt.15/09.
