Non delivery of DOCKET NO EQ770458874IN

A speed post has been done by UTI (pan Dept) DOCKET NO EQ770458874IN on the name of my firm MY INDIA TOURISM which was intentionally returned twice by local postman of area i.e. Pandav Nagar New Delhi.

When I asked him that why he has return my speed post he replied me that he was unable to find firm on given adds then i took him to the building and showed him that adds is correct and a name plate is hanging on the front of the gate which reflects presence of the firm on given adds. Then he replied that he visited back side of the building and came to know that there is no such firm in existence.

When I asked him that why you have not visited the front side of the building he was mum and moreover adds is of third floor which has entrance possible from front only this is clearly reflects attitude of postman that I am a govt emp and will work in my own way.

Pan card was first returned on 30th April and then again intentionally without visiting on adds by postman on 26th may due to same I have to loose a contract and was a direct loss to my firm.

When I contacted Pan Dept they told me that if pan card is returned twice then it is destroyed and I have to apply again.

I want to take action against concerned post man and need support.
