My regitrade certificate lose

Sir,

I had dispatched a registered Certificate to Vipinvijay v, Pamamcode, Kalladimala, Charalkulam, Malayam P.O, Thiruvananthapuram (Dist), Kerala State, on 17th july from Thiruvananthapuram University Post Office, Trivandrum, Kerala. The Registration Number is A62277 to Malayam post. Malayam post man says they dispatched to my relative, receive my registered certificate on 22/7. but now my relative and neighbors says never get registered at the time. "MY 2 CERTIFICATE " on that registered post. sir that time i and my family not there.

"Sir Registered post only received on person, why the postman do that?. please sir my certificate need for my higher studies. what im do...?

Being a reputed authority, would you please arrange investigate whereabouts of my registered Certificate? If the article has been delivered let the Postal Authorities provide me the documentary proof.
