Delayed speed post

Sir/madam,

my hall ticket was sent by speed post on 5/2 from palakkad to rajagiri p.o about 10km from ernakulam city and i didnot receive it till 10/2. Exam was on 10/2.On 9/2 i have called ernakulam speed post manager in charge for concerned help.but even they was not able to locate it. They have misplaced my letter. Even normal post will reach in 2days. my one year has gone due to negligence. Address was correct pin code was correct. Now what is the use of that letter after 10/2. what is the use of speed post if this is the way to deal. Hoping that you will see to this matter so that some other student will not suffer like this. what should i do. letter on EL981382514IN. Complaint is registered with Complaint No. 100000-85587 .letter was circulating around me and i missed the exam.
