Non Delivery of Article (Tata Photon)

I booked an Article through speedpost (EN420226503IN) on 18/12 from Golconda Post Office to destination Gurgaon, but unfortunately till date the article has not been delivered, when i ask for the status, i was suprised and shocked to to heard the status. "Article is Lost".but as far i am checking the status through "indiapost.gov.in" website its not giving any update from 21/12.i approach all the concerned officials regarding the lost of the article, they categorically hands up we canot do anything for lost. the offical's namely Mr Promod and Mr Bhatia in Gurgaon postoffice, but in reality the article has been theft in gurgaon location.now i am going to lodge an FIR against the theft and unvail them in front of the media.
