Respected sir/mam

I had posted my NIOS examination form and fees in the form of draft on 21 December from Bhagalpur, Bihar which was required to reach Noida within 5 days.anyways if it does not reach there till 31december I wont be allowed to sit for my exams which is highly important. When I track the movement of my article, it shows that the article has been bagged from Patna on 22 December. This is the status shown on the website since 22 december till date. I did e-mail them regarding my complaint but there is no reply till date. Now I have only two more days left. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
