Non-delivery of article

Dear Sir/Mam,

I booked one article at Gurgaon H.O. on 26/04. My article no is “EH121014952IN”. Speed post tracking system shows that Bhubaneswar office received and article bagged on 29/04, but we have not yet received article in Banamalipur. I’m not getting why it is stuck up in Bhubaneswar. Please do needful.
