Non-delivery of speed post article

Dear Madam/ Sir,

I have purchased IDFC Infra bonds Tanche -2 (application No. 25462499) on Feb 16. For some unavoidable circumstances, I have sent all the original documents to

Karvy Computershare Private Limited, IDFC Bonds - Tranche 2 Plot No.17 to24, Vital Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad:500 081;

by speed post (No. EW309345404IN dated 04.03.2011 from Kolkata).

Unfortunately, they did not get it due to postal delay. I also complain online to India Post on 11.03.2011 (No. 100000-85398), but they have done nothing.

I am really worried about the whole matter. Kindly look after the matter seriously.
