Non home delivery of post at kolkata

I had sent a post weight 5.260 k.g to my relative at kolkata on 12 th octobet. postage paid rs.530/wide rec no. SP_EGO50104785 TN. on reaching, kolkata 70020, post man called on our relatives phone no, which was written on post, and informed that this post will not delivered to address written till next 5-7 days.

if they want, they can come to postoffice and collect.so, with no option, my relative collected same from kolkata 700020 post office. i must get refund for same, as it was not delivered on address, sent for,

from that week, i had sent about 10 emails to spc ahmedabad, spc kolkata. no reply or refund has given to me.

web complain no is 111001-03849 and 04232.

about 6 months are near but no action has taken.

pl. do needfull and get me refund.
