Non-Delievery of documents

Sir,

I would like to inform you that i have booked a speed post from N.S.I.T Dwarka, N.D-110078 on 10/05. My Article no. is ED287937898IN.The Speed post tracking system shows that the post is delivered but it has not been done. The speed post contains some very crucial documents which needs to be delivered very urgently.

Kindly tell me what can be done in this regard.
